In July 2017 I attended a Masterclass in Mindfulness for the Health Care Professional at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, Oxford University. The focus was on how Mindfulness has been shown to be useful in both managing and preventing burnout.
I am able to provide one-to-one or small group mindfulness sessions for all health care professionals.
