This 8 week Breathworks Mindfulness for Stress course is an evidence based way to improve your well-being, reducing stress and anxiety, learning to experience life just as it is with an attitude of self-compassion.
The skills you learn and embed into your daily life will support and sustain you through all the inevitable challenges that lie ahead.

The course is taught over 8 sessions in small groups ( max 10 people ).
Each session lasts 2.5 hours.
The sessions include teaching of mindfulness strategies, and guided meditations including gentle mindful movement practices.
There is a refreshment break in each session.
The meditations are done seated on chairs or lying down on yoga mats, your choice.
A daily home practice of at least 20 minutes is required.
If you are self funding the course fee is £200
A £50 deposit secures your place on the course.
The balance of £150 is payable by 7 days before the course start date.
Payment can if you wish be spread over four payments of £50
If your employer funds the course the organisational rate is £300
Again a deposit of £50 secures your place and the balance of £250 is payable by 7 days before the course start date.
Terms and conditions
The following proportion of your fee will be refunded if you cancel your place on the course for any reason:
If you cancel up to 7 days before the course starts you will receive a refund of any course fees paid, less a £10 administration fee.
If you cancel within 7 days of the start date we cannot refund any of the course fees paid.
Refunds will not be given after the course has commenced, for example if you choose not to complete the course.

A set of 18 guided meditations available on 4 CDs or as downloadable MP3 files.
Support from the course leader in between sessions.
All equipment, mats, blankets, cushions etc provided.
