These regular sessions are suitable for anyone, from complete beginners right through to those of you with an established mindfulness practice.
So, if you are simply curious about mindfulness,
or you have already tried to meditate using a book or mobile app,
or you have previously completed a Mindfulness course and wish to maintain or refresh your daily practice,
then pop in one week to give it a go.
You will join a small friendly group for 1 hour of guided meditations.
The meditations are simply done seated on chairs.
Each week there will also be some guidance on how to live more mindfully.
There is no need to book.
Regular attendance is not necessary, just come as and when you are able.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start time to get settled.
No special equipment is needed, just wear loose comfortable clothing, you can bring a blanket, cushion and warm socks for your own comfort.
