Drop-in Mindfulness Sessions

Who are they for?

These regular sessions are suitable for anyone, from complete beginners right through to those of you with an established mindfulness practice.

Whatever your experience why not pop in one week and give it a go.


You will join a small friendly group for 1 hour of guided meditations.

Each week there will also be some instruction on living more mindfully and the benefits it can bring.

The meditations are simply done seated on chairs.


Regular attendance is not necessary, just come as and when you are able. 

There is no need to book but do check the website regularly for any sessions that are unavoidably cancelled.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start time to get settled.
