Welcome to Mindfulness Helps

Mindfulness Helps was founded in 2017 by Dr Louise Mercer. Louise provides Breathworks Mindfulness courses in small groups or one to one, weekly drop-in mindfulness meditation sessions and bespoke services for individuals, workplaces, schools and organisations in the North West of England.

Louise is a retired NHS GP and Breathworks accredited Mindfulness teacher.
